In an effort to encourage drivers to enter early our new policy will be to not cash any checks or charge cards until the day of the event. So you can send in your entry fee early to get the reduced price but the check won't be run thru the bank until the Monday following the race. We are doing this because with our automated scoring system we want to encourage everyone to enter early, it helps speed up the sign-in process to have drivers already entered into the computer. If you are a "no-show" we will refund your entry fee minus a $25 cancellation charge. Early entries may not be sold or traded without prior approval from management.
